Another of my childhood cartoons is being remade-- Charlotte's Web. Only I have a feeling that it is going to be in the Who Framed Rodger Rabbit half live-action, half-annimated style. In any case Dakota Fanning is going to be playing Fern, the main girl who screams "Papa, papa, NO!" as he is about to axe the head off of Wilbur (the pig)...
Oddly, Dakota played Sally in the remake of the 1975 cartoon of Cat in the Hat. Who played the voice of Sally in the original? Pamelyn Ferdin, who also played the voice of Fern in the Original Chalotte's Web!

in otehr news, they are also making a movie of Bridge to Terabithia and Mrs Doubtfire 2.
