Fantastique!

In today's world, with every book becoming a movie, I decided to IMDB Life of Pi... just to see...
While I was suprisingly unfazed that it is indeed becoming a movie, I was shocked to see the director: Jean-Pierre Jeunet (Amelie).
I must say I think that will be a great fit. I am pleased... hopefully, the end result will come close to being as wonderful as the book!
