what is the world coming to?
So there were three thefts in my building yesterday-- 2 laptops, a pair of jeans (tell me about it), an mp3 player, and a purse with 2 passports in it-- and then today, when I was "studying"in the library the PA system turned on and announced "Attention their is a pervert in the toilets, please be aware."

it's a sign. it's telling you that it's safer here than it is out there. you better just pack your bags and come back now instead of holding out the rest of the year :P

in all reality that probably happens here all the time too, you just don't hear about it as much adn are left to fend for yourself in situations such as a pervert being in the toilets...
